2. FASTag Recharge Service Description

This website provides a FASTag recharge facilitation service only. We do not offer mobile recharge, DTH recharge, bill payment, wallet loading, credit card services, loans, investments, or any other financial service through this website.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle, FASTag, and contact details.
• Ensure your mobile number and email address (where provided) are correct and reachable.
• Retain your transaction ID for any future reference or support request.
• Use the service only for lawful, personal FASTag recharge purposes.

4. Accurate Information Requirement

You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle registration number, FASTag ID, issuer selection, and contact details you provide. MANICORE is not responsible for a failed or misdirected recharge resulting from incorrect information supplied by you.

5. Payment Processing

Payments made through this website will be processed using the available secure payment method once integrated. MANICORE does not store your full payment card or bank account details.

6. Transaction Confirmation

A transaction is considered confirmed only when a successful response is received from the applicable payment gateway and/or FASTag recharge system. You may check the status of your transaction on the Transaction Status page.

7. Failed or Pending Transactions

If a transaction fails, is delayed, or remains pending, MANICORE will attempt to reconcile the transaction status. Please contact customer support with your transaction ID for assistance.

8. Refund / Reversal

Refunds and reversals, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep this website and the recharge service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.

10. Prohibited Misuse

• Attempting to use the service for fraudulent transactions.
• Submitting false vehicle, FASTag, or contact information.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.

All content, design, and branding on this website, including the MANICORE name and logo, are the property of MANICORE PVT LTD unless otherwise indicated, and may not be used without prior written permission.
